Leroy "Tony" Austin Sues Diddy For Shooting Outside Of Restaurant

The rapper/mogul has filed suit against the Bad Boy honcho for an incident that took place at his Justin's restaurant. Leroy "Tony" Austin has filed suit against Sean "Diddy" Combs following a November 2010 incident where he and a guest were shot outside of his Atlanta, Georgia franchise, Justin's Restaurant and Bar.According to the Associated Press, the former Def Jam A&R was invited to the restaurant as a guest but was left injured after arriving at the establishment. Filing suit in the U.S. District Court of Northern Georgia, Austin claims that Diddy failed to maintain a safe environment, citing that the restaurant's operators knew of "dangerous and hazardous conditions" and that they failed to provide adequate security on the property.
